In the attached annex with its separate entrance:

The fully equipped kitchen is open to a bright living room and a beautiful shaded terrace. An electric plancha is available for your grills.
In the garden, beautifully maintained, you can relax in the shade of centuries-old trees or play pétanque on the boulodrome (lit in the evening)
The 12×6 meter pool is great for nice laps or just refreshing yourself. You will find sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a wooden cabin equipped with a fridge and a microwave. Total leisure assured!
The center of the village of Cotignac, is 3km away, 6min by car.
Cotignac, labeled Plus Beau Village de France, is distinguished by:
